Treatment with CRISTAL Fit® takes 15 to 40 minutes and is painless. During the session you can sit back and relax and let CRISTAL Fit® do the work. The magnetic waves provide muscle contractions and you can easily complete several thousand sit ups or squats without sweaty training.
After the treatment you feel like after an intense workout. In the following days, there may be slight muscle soreness – the body begins to build muscle mass in a targeted manner. After 4–6 sessions, the results are then visible: the silhouette forms and tightens on the abdomen, legs or buttocks.
Treatment with CRISTAL FIT®
A CRISTAL Fit® session lasts about 15–40 minutes. The treatment time depends on the selected zone and is optimized for maximum results. We recommend 2–3 sessions per week for targeted muscle building. Depending on the training condition and the desired result, 4–8 sessions are necessary.
The treatment activates the cells and stimulates them to build muscle mass. The volume of muscle fibers (phenomenon of hypertrophy), as well as their number and density (phenomenon of hyperplasia) increases. The result is a defined silhouette with more muscle percentage.
The CRISTAL Fit® treatment is completely painless. In fact, the induced electromagnetic field activates the motor neurons to allow muscle contraction. However, unlike electrical stimulation, it does not activate pain receptors.

The CRISTAL Fit® is a body contouring system with high-intensity electromagnetic muscle stimulation (HI-EMMS). This technology uses a focused electromagnetic field with an intensity measured in Tesla and is based on Faraday’s law of electromagnetic induction.
The electromagnetic field penetrates the body non-invasively and non-ablatively. It interacts with motor neurons and triggers forced and intense muscle contractions. The frequency range generated by CRISTAL Fit® does not allow muscle relaxation between two consecutive stimulations, leaving the muscles in a forced contraction. Unlike voluntary muscle contractions, these involuntary contractions are independent of brain function and therefore significantly more efficient.
